2@2 Movie PosterFirst off, the film “2@2″ by Parktown Productions took the Grand Prize in Calvin Klein’s IN2U short film contest! Also in July, we shot the short “Autopilot Off” in three straight shooting days. It was a blast to shoot. Shooting of “The Portal” also begun in that month, and we actually just finished shooting today. It was a great experience! The character I played was very different what I’ve done in the past.

As for smaller roles go, I had a couple of “special extra” ones in locally shot MOWs (Movie of the Week). One of them I played the “hot half naked guy”. Let me assure you it was the top half that was naked. It was a scene with two well established actress and lots of fun to shoot. Finally I participated in Pascal Aka’s short film rendition of his poem “Without You”.

I was offered the lead male in a short film shot by Parktown Productions (at the end of May) called “2@2”. It was actually put together for a contest promoting Calvin Klein’s new man/woman fragrances IN2U.  The shoot went great!

Before voting was actually open to Canada, it was the top rated film! As it stands, it looks like it’s tied for first. Only a few days of voting left on so check it out! A direct link to the film is available under the work section. In addition, I’ve auditioned and was offered roles for a couple of other films (“Autopilot Off” written by Alex Massad and “The Portal” by Raied Ghanam). We also finally finished shooting my scenes for the feature length film “6 for 7”. I’m looking foward to the finished product!

At the beginning of December I attended my agency’s party. Met some new people, talked to some familiar faces and had a great time.

Shooting for “6 for 7” continued and is going well.

I booked and shot a commercial for Vonage Canada mid December and had a great time on set! Watch for the guy with the binoculars on TV and on the Internet.

I also landed the lead in a local project called “Nothing Left To Say”. In January, the student film “Inescapable ” and shot in Cardinal, Ontario. That went well too.

I also did a music video for a local band called No Other way. The song is called “Hollywood Horror Show” and I played a show host. Had a great time with the character!

Also, shot another fight scene for “Souls Of Strife” which was a lot of run to rehearse!

Shooting for “Peace for Middle East” also continued.

Finally I joined an Improv group in Ottawa for practice and fun! Resume and pictures sections have been updated once again.

Lots have been going on since June. Did a fashion show for Joelle Proulx. This was a first for me and was surprisingly a lot of fun! The show itself was very casual and relaxed – smiling was encouraged.

Got a print campaign with International Clothiers.

Also got representation with an agency in Montreal called Folio which will work with Angie’s to get me work there.

Finished shooting Bollywood North which was a great overall experience and a lot of fun. Can’t wait to see the finished product!

I also went to Vancouver for about a week and met a lot of people and had a good time.

The first issue of BOOBi magazine is out. You can find me on page 58 or just check out a scanned image of it in the work section of my website. Their release party was awesome.

I also booked another print. This one was for Magazines Canada. When the ads come out, look for the back of me, reading a magazine while facing a recently washed car.

I also booked a job for “Beyond the Sea”. It’s for a condo ad/video in Toronto.

Finally I have a charity fashion show going on at the Casino Lac Leamy in Hull on Saturday.

Summer’s here already and things have been going well. Breathe was shot and is in the editing process.

I also got an editorial in an upcoming magazine called Bobbi by the same people who own UMM. You should be able to find me in their first issue that should be out in August.

I did a photoshoot with Mark Cooper for my new cards. Some of those pictures have been added in the images section.

I auditioned for a local film called “Agent Double Double vs. Le Séparateur”. They offered me the role of the head arms dealer.

Paulo (friend within the agency) and I landed roles in a Lavalife TV commercial and I believe it’ll be aired in the UK and North America.

Our agency had its yearly showcase which went very well. I had a great time.

We started shooting Bollywood North and things are going very well. Still rehearsing for the fights and remaining scenes.

Other than that, I’ve been traveling to Toronto a lot… mostly for Auditions. I went to Montreal for a few as well.

Finally the production of mon6ths has been canceled (at least for now).  Resume and pictures section have been updated.

In the last month or so I’ve auditioned for a few local independent films in Ottawa with a lot of success.

I got the lead role for a short film called “Drinks”. We’ve shot two out of three scenes so far and it’s been a lot of fun.

I also got another important role in “Bollywood North”. This is a very ambitious project with a large crew. Shooting for this one starts in May.

In addition, I landed a short role in a film called “Breathe”. We start shooting in less than a week for now.

Lastly, I got a role in “mon6ths” which also starts filming in May.

Finally, the Town Shoes ad is out! See it on their website and in stores across Canada! The work section has been updated with all the aforementioned and more pictures have been added.
